Sound is an ancient healing modality that has stood the test of time for a reason — used around the world to bypass the “monkey mind” and tend to what ails the spirit.
Many scientific studies have proven that sound influences your brain waves, emotions and physical body. With this knowledge, we can use sound to shift your state of being and awaken inner peace.
During your inward journey, I use Native American style drumming, flutes, shamanic rattles and more to create a sacred space of harmony and deep stress relief. This is where your greatest healing can occur which may include receiving insights and “a-ha!” moments, making peace with challenging experiences from your past and beyond.

1️⃣ Introduction / Our 90-minute session is a safe container for you to open up & share what you are going through as well as the symptoms you are experiencing. We will evaluate the main components of your health which include your psychological, energetic, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
2️⃣ Sound Healing / We open sacred space as you recline to receive an energetic rebalancing from the sounds of various ancestral instruments including a Native American style drum, didgeridoo, 7-metal Tibetan singing bowl and other shamanic healing tools.
3️⃣ Integration / This is your opportunity to share your insights and receive prescribed after-care practices so that you are crystal clear on which steps to take to ensure positive, lasting changes in your life.
