We gather again as a community for another delicious Sunset Sound Bath with Yogi Vish and Giuliano Geronymo. Let us ride the wave of this New Year cycle towards a healthier, relaxed, and stress-free lifestyle.

We will focus on the theme of 'Rebirth': let go of stress, limiting beliefs, and unhealthy behavioral patterns so that you can create space in your life for all that you have been waiting for. 

In this Sound Bath event, several instruments are played in a specific manner to create an atmosphere of harmony and deep relaxation for participants. When vibrating all your muscle fibers will involuntarily tense and relax at the same rate the instruments are played, which creates a powerful massage for your lymph system. Increased circulation of blood during vibrations also delivers more nutrients and oxygen to all cells stimulating a release of toxins.

We will begin with an introduction about sound and it’s uses in healing. Following, we will ‘tune-in’ with a brief meditation. We will then lie down and experience the healing hum of quartz crystal singing bowls, the gentle heart beat of a drum, and a few other soothing surprises to nourish your soul.
